Cindy consults clients in Human Resources and management. She provides extensive preventative counseling to clients in all areas of employment. Regulations continue to change and businesses need assistance and guidance on establishing best practices, otherwise there is considerable financial risk.
She has over 30 years of experience advising businesses in establishing and maintaining their Human Resource practices. This includes regulatory compliance, auditing, policy and procedural writing, coaching management, employee relations, investigations, developing high performance work teams, salary administration, benefits, recruitment, selection, terminations and communication.
Cindy’s approach to Human Resources is proactive with a strategy to keep employers out of court. She has authored articles on Talent Management and Workplace Investigations (Northern Nevada Business Weekly). In addition, she has presented at the Pacific West SHRM Student Conference and NNHRA on Workplace Investigations.
